- You must provide a valid reason for the refund request — including a clear explanation of the issue you’re facing.
- You must allow our team to attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- A refund will only be issued if we are unable to resolve the technical issue you reported.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- The plugin was purchased by mistake.
- You no longer need the plugin or expected a feature not advertised.
- Compatibility issues with third-party themes or plugins that are not officially supported.
- You refused to provide access or sufficient information for us to investigate the issue.
