Welcome to NexlifyLabs. By accessing or using our website or any of our products (including WordPress plugins), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our website or products.
Definitions
- “We”, “us”, “our” refers to NexlifyLabs
- “You”, “your”, “user”, or “customer” refers to the individual or entity using our website or products.
- “Products” refers to all software products, plugins, and related services offered by NexlifyLabs.
When you purchase a plugin or download a product from NexlifyLabs, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the product on the specified number of websites.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin in its original or modified form;
- Claim ownership of our products;
- Use our products to develop or promote competing software
Access to premium features or full product functionality requires a valid license. Licenses are available as one-time or subscription-based purchases as specified on our pricing page.
Access to downloads, updates, and support may be restricted after license expiration.

No physical products will be shipped. If you have any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at support@nexlifylabs.com.

Support includes help with installation, usage, and bug fixes. It does not include customization, third-party conflicts, or theme-specific issues.
We offer a 14-day refund policy under the following conditions:
- A valid issue was reported within 14 days of purchase.
- You allowed our support team reasonable time to attempt to resolve the issue
- A refund will only be granted if we are unable to resolve the problem.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind or accidental purchase;
- Missing features not listed in the product description;
- Conflicts with unsupported themes or plugins.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We periodically release updates to improve features and fix bugs. You are entitled to receive updates during your license period.
All products, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of NexlifyLabs and may not be copied, republished, or redistributed without prior written permission.
We respect your privacy. Information collected during purchases, support interactions, or site visits is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data.
All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, or third-party tool. However, we are happy to resolve any compatibility issues with suspected themes or plugins.
You use our products at your own risk.
In no event shall Nexlify Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You are responsible for:
- Testing the plugin on a staging or backup environment;
- Keeping your WordPress installation, themes, and plugins up to date;
- Following all applicable laws when using our software.
We reserve the right to terminate any license or account without notice if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our products or website implies acceptance of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh/India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
